Sarah Fasha is a young Egyptian-American woman living in Los Angeles, CA pursuing acting and modeling full-time. Here is her story…
Sarah Fasha was born in Los Angeles, California and lived in California until the age of 18. Both of her parents were born and raised in Cairo, Egypt making her and her brother first generation Americans.
Her grandfather is Taher Aboufasha, a very famous Egyptian writer and poet best known for “Thousand and One Nights.”
After high school, Sarah joined the United States Military where she served four years in the Navy, making her a veteran. Once she was honorably discharged, she was able to freely pursue modeling and her other passion she discovered, acting.

Fast-forward to today, she is now a graduate of the Lee Strasberg Institute Conservatory in West Hollywood, CA and is a member of the SAG-AFTRA union. In the summer of 2012, she competed with many other Egyptian women and won the title of “Miss Egypt 2013” for the Queen of the Universe Pageant that took place in January 2013 in Los Angeles.
The Queen of the Universe is an international beauty pageant created to empower and inspire women who are role models and are committed to using their lives to better the lives of others. Queen of the Universe is a non-political, non-partisan platform for young women to achieve personal growth and development; to create communication skills, learn time management and balance, and most of all, great opportunities to become ambassadors of their countries, showcasing their beauty and culture.
Sarah has accomplished a lot in the entertainment industry for such a short amount of time. Her ultimate goal is to make history in the entertainment industry for Middle Eastern women by becoming the first Egyptian actress to receive an Academy Award in Hollywood.
