Dear Mr P.M
Your country will never reach any agreement with Greece unless you and your citizens realize that you are all immigrants to this region as Slavs-Bulgarians occupied this piece of land 6.000 years after the Death of The Greek King Great Alexander-!!
Have a look on yours and your peoples names and surnames and you will find out that none of them are of Greek spelling or origin- showing definetely your real origin-
The Greek Kings Philippos and Alexander the great as well his mother olympias- showing 100% their Greek origin-
You may had the right to beleive that your origin is Macedonian if above names were- Philipovich- alexandrovich-Olympianova-and the horse of the Greek King Alexander the great was Voukefalovich and not Voykefalas which is a pure greek name
-Furthermore Great Alexander had been educated by the the well known Greek Aristotelis who was speaking ancient Greek only and conseuqently Great Alexander was speaking ancient greek language and not slavian or Bulgarian language
After all above and many other reasons- you must realize that you are not Macedonian or Greek Macedonian confirmed by the ex P.M of Skopje Mr Kiro Gligorof (Not Gligorofakis or Gligoropoulos) (watch youtube his declaration) stating that Skopjans are not Greeks nor Macedonias and nothing to do with Great Alexander or Greek history

1-To surrend your region to Greece as Northern part of Greek territory and become Greek citizen in which case automatically you will become a member of NATO and European Union
2-If not then second solution is as follows regarding the name of your region
FORMER GREEK NORTH MACEDONIA
Greek citizens will never allow to use NORTH MACEDONIA besides your agreement with our PM which your President refused and the whole matter will last years and years until your goverment and your people read the Greek History and most important to clealry undeerstand that Skopje has nothing to do with the Greek History and The Greek Kings Philippos and Great Alexander.
